Shipping policy
- US Standard delivery is free on orders over $75.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Express shipping is also available at checkout. - e'oot DOES NOT cover for mail theft after a confirmed delivery.
We suggest choosing the Priority Mail delivery option which comes with a $100 insurance while our standard delivery does not.
You may email us within an hour after placing your order to add on insurance as per current cost of insurance rates by USPS.
Please note that this insurance only covers for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Many credit or debit card companies offer Purchase Protection that covers postage theft. We kindly ask you to check with them before placing your order. - Please check the shipping address on your order confirmation if it's correct. We will not be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly or incomplete.
- Every item at e'oot undergoes a rigorous inspection process before shipment.
For security and quality control, the entire packaging process is recorded for every order. - In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the 'CONTACT US' link at the bottom right of our website.
Please make sure to enter your order number and photo(s) of the products you received and the parcel box for better and faster assistance.
