To ensure a seamless delivery experience following the suspension of the US De Minimis exemption, we have pre-reflected the 10% customs duty in our pricing.
This means your order will arrive via US Domestic Standard Shipping with no hidden fees at your doorstep.

Due to the nature of blended yarns and factory supply conditions, subtle differences in fiber composition may occur between different production batches.
Certain items may also become unavailable once sold out if our overseas suppliers face material shortages.
To avoid any interruptions in your craft, we recommend purchasing sufficient quantities at once to ensure consistency throughout your project.

Since we are in the early stages of our journey, our inventory is currently small.
If your favorite piece is sold out, please give us a few weeks to restock. Thank you for being part of our beginning.

• US Standard delivery is free on orders over $75.
• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent.
  Express shipping is also available at checkout.
• Upon purchase of a kit containing a digital Pattern, the Pattern will be sent only once to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 2 business days.
  It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address at the time of purchase.
  e'oot is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters.
  If you do not receive your Pattern within 2 business days, please contact us at hello@eoot.us.
  We apologize that we cannot accommodate re-delivery requests for the Digital pattern.
  
• e'oot DOES NOT cover for mail theft after a confirmed delivery.
  We suggest choosing the Priority Mail delivery option which comes with a $100 insurance while our standard delivery does not.
  You may email us within an hour after placing your order to add on insurance as per current cost of insurance rates by USPS.
  Please note that this insurance only covers for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  Many credit or debit card companies offer Purchase Protection that covers postage theft. We kindly ask you to check with them before placing your order.
• Please check the shipping address on your order confirmation if it's correct. We will not be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly or incomplete.
• Every item at e'oot undergoes a rigorous inspection process before shipment.
  For security and quality control, the entire packaging process is recorded for every order.
• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the 'CONTACT US' link at the bottom right of our website.
  Please make sure to enter your order number and photo(s) of the products you received and the parcel box for better and faster assistance.

But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following return policy before you proceed.

• *Kits and Digital Patterns: Due to the nature of copyrighted intellectual property, all kits and digital patterns sales are final once the download link is generated or the package is opened.
  We cannot offer refunds for any items that include a pattern. *All kit sales are final*
• The returned items must be unused with the tags intact and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
  Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered will not be eligible for return and will be rejected and returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Please be advised that return shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
  This return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
• Please note that if a partial return brings your final order total below the threshold for free shipping,
  the original (initial) shipping fee will be applied and deducted from your refund, along with the return shipping cost.
  We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  
• Return requests - excluding Kit items - must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order to be approved.
  Please send your return request with your order number to hello@eoot.us for approval and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
  Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email containing an issued RA# along with a prepaid return shipping label.
  Please use this label to send your order back to us within 5 business days since the date of approval. If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Packages returned without an issued RA# will not be eligible for return and may incur a $5.00 - $25.00 handling fee.
• The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned items and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is processed. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
• Please note that products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, or refund. All Final Sale purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• We apologize that exchanges are not available at the moment and we appreciate your understanding.
