To ensure a seamless delivery experience following the suspension of the US De Minimis exemption, we have pre-reflected the 10% customs duty in our pricing.
This means your order will arrive via US Domestic Standard Shipping with no hidden fees at your doorstep.
Due to the nature of blended yarns and factory supply conditions, subtle differences in fiber composition may occur between different production batches.
Certain items may also become unavailable once sold out if our overseas suppliers face material shortages.
To avoid any interruptions in your craft, we recommend purchasing sufficient quantities at once to ensure consistency throughout your project.
Since we are in the early stages of our journey, our inventory is currently small.
If your favorite piece is sold out, please give us a few weeks to restock. Thank you for being part of our beginning.

But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following return policy before you proceed.
- *Kits and Digital Patterns: Due to the nature of copyrighted intellectual property, all kits and digital patterns sales are final once the download link is generated or the package is opened.
We cannot offer refunds for any items that include a pattern. *All kit sales are final* - The returned items must be unused with the tags intact and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered will not be eligible for return and will be rejected and returned back to the customer at the customer's expense. - Please be advised that return shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
This return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. - Please note that if a partial return brings your final order total below the threshold for free shipping,
the original (initial) shipping fee will be applied and deducted from your refund, along with the return shipping cost.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Return requests - excluding Kit items - must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order to be approved.
Please send your return request with your order number to hello@eoot.us for approval and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email containing an issued RA# along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Please use this label to send your order back to us within 5 business days since the date of approval. If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

WNY NJ 07093 - Packages returned without an issued RA# will not be eligible for return and may incur a $5.00 - $25.00 handling fee.
- The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned items and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is processed. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please note that products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, or refund. All Final Sale purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
